Highest density. Asok, Phrom Phong, Thonglor. F&B, gyms, malls, BTS interchange.
Sathorn / Silom
CBD adjacent, slightly more corporate. Good for professionals on 6 to 12 month rotations.
Phaya Thai / Ratchathewi
Cheaper entry, BTS to airport. Younger DTV crowd, longer stays.
Riverside (Charoen Nakhon)
Lifestyle play. Iconic Hotel Group, Mandarin Oriental Residences. Premium yields, slower fill.
