Sukhumvit Road runs east through Bangkok for ~10km, but the foreign-buyer corridor is the 6km between Nana (BTS Sukhumvit Soi 4 area) and Ekkamai (Sukhumvit Soi 63). Within that 6km the demand profile, yield, and tenant base shifts station-by-station. Generic 'Sukhumvit' is meaningless.
